It was supposed to happen around Nov based on previous 4 yr cycles which affect all crypto's because everything track with bitcoin in most cases other than new launches...
However the Re;ease of ETFs may have changed this landscape for the better this time...
Typically if you look at Bitcoins history It cycles up for two yrs then starts to deflate to a new higher low than the last cycle then for two yrs it regains usually in a yr then climbs an additional yr then Halves and then repeats the cycle of dropping two years to new bottom then repeats the gain cycle...
A lot of Macros affect this change such as economy and interest rates...
