Well I've went to every corner of the state last week but here I am back in God's country.

Ive been working 12s and 14s 6 days a week...

Were about to go 7 days a week soon...

I'm probably late to the party because I've been doing 16 to 18 hour shifts every day. But going to try to jump in. For some reason didn't keep me signed in either. Had to search for my password again LOL

About to go to 7s...

I've only been working 8 hours days but 3 hrs of drive time 1 way . If I'm there more than 1 day at a time I will grab a room and save 6 hrs of driving.

I call it quits when its over 1.5 hours...

And stay local at that point...

Im not what Id call a morning person...

I don't do any OT but I do get plenty of window time some days.

95 hours logged last week, trying to hit that 100 this week

I had 84 in six and these next few weeks are going to be about the same...

Contractor sux and were doing bolt up welding and Pressure testing this next week plus a bore under the road in two places and Im over all of that...

Im still active I did drop from 192 to 173.5 so far on my eat once a day diet... :)

We don't get that good money for driving just the hours worked. They want me to stay in a hotel if it's more than 4 hrs from the shop but only send me 3.5 hours out.

Wish I had a job that traveled. Same place all day everyday all those hours

We used to get a bonus at Christmas. When the owners son got his mastalers in business we lost the bonus and got 2 weeks of PTO. Out bonus was based off of money made off jobs we worked on through the year. My last one was $2500 on December 1st.
