Here is what I do... and recommend I used to rotate the 5th wheel from the back to left front then make the right front the right rear... Then the right rear becomes the spare... The Left rear crosses over to right front... Left front goes to left rear... Basically the fronts go straight back and the rear criss cross to the fonts swapping sides normally if adding spare it is as described above... People will argue to use front to spare I like using the right rear since any cupping should be removed by running on rears first... Other people will say its left side to spare... and yet others may even say that you swap sides moving them back not forward... The most important thing is consistency... For new tires rotate all 5 they will charge you 20 extra bucks each time in a lot of cases (Not all) So in that event if you plan on buying the same make model and brand again hold off on rotation drive the vehicle and then when the tires need to be replaced pick the best one and make that one a spare...
