So I got my Star Link Mini Included free with my Star link home unit Since I opted for max plan at 120 a month The normal service for home would be 80 so I figured I get the mini and max speed service and all equipment was free about 800 bucks So basically 20 months and im still breaking even... So I wanted to mount inside jeep and noticed hard top mounts outside blah blah blah... Inside mounts again hard tops and thought I may want to run my soft top so what options are there and there are a few, one is 750 bucks... Instead I bought the following set up The step up 12V plug at rear of jeep set up 32.00 Aircraft Aluminum mount arm for 1.5" ball size 40.00 1~ 1.5" Ball Mount with two holes they have different options... 16.00 1~ 1.5" ball mount they both ar 1/4 x 20 in case you miss that 15.00 Star Link Tri Pod adapter for 1/4 x 20 threaded 1.5" Ball 11.00 Star link Soft cover Gel with black decal sticker to cover front side 21.00 Does not impede performance... All for 114.00 and thats with the upgraded power supply thats designed for the mini from 12v not they wont work but if your running it constantly like I will it could lead to buzzing or weaker signal later down the road and for 20 bucks more you get the step up over a star link DC plug so why not... It will be installed in the back seat are of the roof line behind driver seat as show in the last image... Ill post pics when Im done... I will be able to run it all the time even in rain... It will be usable for both top styles and its barely over 100 bucks for everything... I completed the isolation of the start stop ground wire it was the thicker of the two and the top one… I pulled F42 10 amp fuse then tape wrapped the end of ground and zip tied it to the bundle and walla auto start stop works perfectly and I successfully by passed the small battery for good…

2019 JLUR And I got the dreaded service rear axle light and lockers in rear auto engaged while running 70 up the interstate… This was two yrs ago... 🙂" I unplugged it and researched it … Jeep was replacing the entire rear axle I guess people weren’t un plugging it in the early days… I’d had my jeep 4 yrs and didn’t even know it was a thing… Fast forward to last week I found the plug in adapter module for 165 and purchased It… Plugged it in yesterday and welp it did the trick still engages like it should when put into 4 low You can flip the engage disengage rear locker and it works… Dash light finally back off… Auto Start battery went dead see for how to Bypass... 😁 https://americanjeeper.us/forums/topic/783-2019-jlur-auto-start-stop-battery-bypass-retain-use-of-auto-start-stop-free/#comment-1661

My Auto Start stop battery went dead... Now I need a new start stop battery... But instead... Ill be pulling Fuse F42 which is a 10 amp and then removing the ground from the top post of the battery and eliminating the Auto Start Stop Battery... While still retaining Auto Start Stop features... And well its free... If you have an error light still showing up on dash you can disconnect battery for 15 minutes or continue to drive until system resets usually after 55 mph... :)

In regards to water trails mud and rocks or whatever American Jeeper... Themes We can use some high quality images and it would be nice to have their own slide show per board skin So for the waters we could then add jeepers to specifically that slider under that skin... If we do that Thats nice... Yes No Maybe... ?

Ok I see a lot of the same backgrounds sliding... I get your working on it... Just water backgrounds for the water one... Dirt or Trails I dunno Trails sounds better to me but hey... :) The rock image we can loose altogether if youd like... :) its got snow and ice and shit and its old...

Well shit... :) I hod the Board customizations section from all but admin FYI Some topics like hat designs and such I dont want anyone seeing Ill show you Im not worried about you... But until we start selling what I will offer I want to keep things on DL

Hold off until I discuss with hat people If they do not want to make us what I want Ill find a vendor that will and we will use a different design... Shirts and towels Im not to concerned with you can crank them out in no time the hat due to embroidery two options color and Black and white...

Here is an example of that same jeep used for the first jeep group I joined hat... They dont own the rights... I hope you know what type file they require for embroidery... :) Hahahaha also for print... Anyhow I would like to add the American Jeeper rounded to the following image for a Hat to be embroidered... I will find out what file type they require... :) This is a stock photo without royalties... If we make it say American Jeeper Id like to add the Registered Trademark to it since I will be incorporating American Jeeper .com and .us very soon... You can also have creative liberty if you think you can create a hat logo or design or shirt towel etc... Tumblers what ever... If you design it Ill get them made...

So for now Im thinking Hats and a few shirts... Ill stick to hat designs in this thread for now... I have reached out to see if this manufacturer will be willing to add a custom design by YOU basically I want a Red white and blue version maybe hat stays black but we add colors and if you notice the American Jeeper Black and white decal shows a curved American and the Jeeper makes the axle I think you see what Im looking at and what Im saying... :) Here it is fixed...
