  1. Do they have to have a web address from Earth or can we invite our alien friends?
  2. Good morning. Got to do some work on the run for my chicken coop today so that I can finish expanding run for the chickens & ducks.
  3. I sure am glad my little TJ doesn't have this feature. I hate being in a car that has it.
  4. Redneck Tim replied to Jezebel's topic in TJ's
    Jezebel did that help any?
  5. Thank you very much Jodi. They have been in Jacksonville for 8byears now and enjoy the beach quite often. I wish they were closer but it does give us a reason to get out and travel.
  6. Repairing is just part of the LEGO process as I look at it. We have a YJ, TJ and a JKU.
  7. Jodi I have been on vacation since Tuesday but I'm still checking in. Drove from Central Oklahoma to Northeast Florida (Jacksonville) for our oldest granddaughters high school graduation. We spent most of today on the beach.
  8. Nice looking Jeeps.
  9. We have a road that is 2 miles long no houses just an oil well and cattle. The oil trucks keep it tore up and when it rains it gets worse. I always take people that want to shake down their suspension down it. I always go a different route so they don't go without me.
  10. Well you can definitely get a good idea of just how good your Jeep suspension is on our roads.
  11. This one will definitely be a great trip. Oldest grandchild on both sides. Thank you for the birthday wishes.
  12. That's our dirt roads. And it seems as though our county commissioner can only send the grader out the day before it is going to be a downpour.
  13. Happy early Birthday Jodi, I too am a 70 model. My birthday is in 14 days. We will be in Jacksonville,FL for our oldest Granddaughters high school graduation.
  14. We're a mile and a half North of a highway and a mile and half South of a highway, then 3 and half West to a highway or 4 and half East to a highway. I let the rain clean my Jeep. My wife will wash hers but we go more in it as she says my TJ is too small. I think just doesn't like being that close to me after 38 yrs together.
  15. That seems to be working out real well for her close confidant Iljan Omar and her Buddy Tim Waltz.
  16. Our Jeeps are currently getting cleaned by mother nature. We live on dirt roads, stay naked from April to November so it's not worth trying to keep clean.
  17. Good Thursday afternoon to you Jodi. So far it hasn't been the best of weeks but hey sometimes things go your way in construction and sometimes they don't. Just got to learn to roll with the punches. Just don't get caught zigging when you should have zagged and you'll be alright.
  18. Glad to be here sir.
  19. Hello everyone, I guess I should give a little information about myself so that I don't come off as a complete ass. My name is Tim, I'm a 37 yr (and counting) husband, father of 2 great sons & grandfather to 5 (3 girls & 2 boys). I like to be out in nature and enjoy hunting, fishing & sports. I'm very competitive and like to give people a hard time. Please don't take me seriously when I'm ribbing you as it's all in fun. Been around American Jeeper for a few years and am a former recipient of prizes given out by Markadamus. Anyways just thought I would drop a few lines and introduce myself and say Hello to everyone.
  20. No sir it was never there. Still does the auto start thing though.
  21. Redneck Tim replied to Jezebel's topic in TJ's
Have you changed your Crankshaft position sensor? It's on the transmission on the driver's side in the top. Make sure you get one from the dealer as the TJ is very contrary and doesn't like aftermarket parts at all.
  22. Strange thing is not all JL/JLU/JTU come with the auxiliary battery. A friend has a 23 JLU and she has the battery box but no cables or battery in the box.
  23. That is pretty good speeds. Wonder why it's only 52 to 58 at RV Park
  24. Redneck Tim replied to Redneck Tim's topic in TJ's
    I completely agree. Jeep on
  25. That was after I got kicked out for calling a spade a spade
